Baymont by Wyndham Cookeville

I have this place a 5 star rating because of the fact that the hospitality shown to me by staff definitively was worth very bit of what I gave on this rating! It’s definitely affordable! I would stay again any day is the week!

We got in late , and was very tired but checked in at real comfortable rate. Literally went in and went to bed. This morning had enough time to take a shower get ready . Walked to the front and got a cup of coffee. But the view is fantastic we have a little deck and you can see the mountains . Killer view. The room was nice . And we appreciate the acomadations. Merry Christmas..

Nice, clean rooms, the people that work there are amazing. Make you feel right at home. It’s easy to get to anywhere you wanna go it’s right off I-40

A good experience that I always find with Baymont,check in was straightforward and rates are very competitive.Clean property and rooms and everything was well functioning and in good condition in my accommodations.No charge for a service dog which allowed me a longer stay and more opportunity to rest as it has been a quite busy year so far.Very happy with stay and service,great view in front and close to outdoor recreation.

The people who work at this hotel are amazing, extremely friendly and welcoming. My truck broke down, and I ended up staying here for three nights while it was being repaired. During my stay, they offered me Indian tea, which was really good. Although DoorDash and Uber Eats aren’t available in this area, there’s a Mexican restaurant called fiesta Cancun grill right next to the hotel. The food there is delicious, and the portions are very generous.

During the chaos of the winter storm that hit Nashville, TN, I ended up trapped on I-40 while trying to help a friend evacuate. We were stuck near an exit late at night, and by the grace of God, the Baymont by Wyndham in Cookeville was right there. The owner was on site when we pulled in, even that late, and he was incredibly honest, kind, and compassionate. He did not take advantage of the situation at all (something that meant more than I can put into words in such a stressful moment). He was there again in the morning and had a free breakfast available for us. He even offered a free late checkout so we could stay safe and wait for the roads to be cleared. That level of care is rare. This is truly a wonderful, family-owned place. They were a genuine blessing when we needed it most. I would highly recommend staying here.

Quality establishment clean fresh sheets and linens. I love the smell of fresh sheets. Awesome mattresses and top notch folks courteous friendly and willing to please. Rooms are exactly as described and rest assured support staff will do everything in their power to make your stay fast and painless! I love this location it’s never let me down.
